Which hand shall I use?

I recently started letting Carson become more independant while eating. He does a great job of handling his utensils and not being too messy (except when he decides to pitch the whole plate on the floor!) Only one question remains unanswered...

Is he left-handed?

Right-handed?

Or ambidextrous???
